Foreign Producers
The nature of the service
This service assists foreign-based firms to secure registration with the National Registry, a first step in compliance for entities with duties under Legislative Decree 151/05. Foreign producers may not register directly, but rather through of a local representative. For this reason, ReMedia has entered into a partnership with a legal firm, Eco Legal Counsel, in order to provide a "turnkey" service to companies that do not have a permanent establishment in Italy.
