ReMedia is the preferred WEEE collective system for many large distributors of EEE qualifying as "producers" under Legislative Decree 151 of 2005.   Indeed, the definition “producer” applies to anyone first releasing electronic equipment onto the market, and such is the case of distributors importing products that are subsequently distributed at points of sale.
